1. Service Description

Agent Platoon Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered platform that provides document drafting, legal information lookup, and contract review services to consumers and legal professionals in England and Wales.

Our consumer services include:

• Will drafting (Standard UK, Islamic, Mirror, and Trust wills)
• Legal information services (precedent search, legislation lookup, plain English explanations)
• Contract review services (full review, NDA check, terms and conditions review)

All documents are generated by artificial intelligence agents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. It is your responsibility to review all output before use.

2. Not Legal Advice

The services provided by Agent Platoon do not constitute legal advice. We are a technology company providing document drafting tools and legal information services. We are not a law firm and we do not hold ourselves out as one.

No solicitor-client relationship is created between you and Agent Platoon by using our services. The information and documents provided should not be treated as a substitute for specific legal advice relevant to your individual circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you have any AI-generated document reviewed by a qualified solicitor before signing or relying upon it, particularly for complex matters including (but not limited to) wills involving trusts, significant assets, or cross-border considerations.

3. Payment Terms

Services are provided on a pay-per-use basis. The price for each service is displayed before you confirm your order. All prices are in British Pounds Stuart and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

If our AI fails to generate your requested document due to a system error, you will receive a full refund. Refund requests should be directed to support@agentplatoon.com. We do not offer refunds for documents that have been successfully generated, as the service has been fully delivered at that point.

4. Intellectual Property

The Agent Platoon platform, including its design, AI models, templates, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Agent Platoon Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

Documents generated for you through our services are yours to use. You retain full ownership of any personal data and content you provide to the platform. We retain no ownership rights over documents generated for you.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All data transmitted to and from our platform is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.

We collect and process personal data only as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your personal information except as required to deliver the service (for example, with our payment processor).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Platoon Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated documents
• Legal consequences arising from the use of AI-generated documents without professional legal review
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any reliance on information provided by the platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
